Right of withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw without any penalty and without specifying the reason within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products.
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the aforementioned deadline, a written communication to the Seller, addressed as follows: Azienda Agricola Lidia Elia, Via degli Enotri 1, 87011 Cassano all’Ionio (CS), VAT number 03317070784 , by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The communication can also be sent, within the same deadline, by email to the address amministrazione@agricolalidiaelia.com provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following 48 hours.
The buyer must send, using a carrier of his own choice and at his own expense, within 14 working days from the date of communication of the withdrawal, the purchased products, complete with all possible accessories, appropriately packaged in their original packaging, or in equivalent as long as they are suitable for shipping by courier.
The user must return the products exclusively to our warehouse with the following indication:

In case of correct exercise of the right of withdrawal referred to in this article and provided that the product is returned perfectly intact, the Seller will refund the sums already paid by the consumer within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.
The aforementioned refund will be made by bank transfer to the Buyer. It will be the Buyer’s responsibility to communicate to the Seller the bank details to make the transfer in his favor and to ensure that the Seller is able to return the sum due. In the event that the payment was made by credit card, the aforementioned refund will be made within the terms indicated directly by crediting the sum due to the credit card used by the Buyer for the payment.
Further return cases
If the Buyer ascertains, within 14 working days, that the product received has arrived defective or does not correspond to the one ordered, the Buyer may report it, always within the aforementioned deadline, to the Seller by sending a communication to the address assistance@ agriculturalalidiaelia.com. The Buyer will be provided with a Return Form and a Return Code (RMA).
The Seller, having carried out the appropriate checks, will invite the Buyer to return the product within the following 7 working days, together with the completed Return Form complete with the Return Code provided to him, by sending it or delivering it to:

The product must be returned or in any case sent to the Seller intact (without signs of wear, abrasions, nicks, scratches, deformations, etc.) and in any case in the conditions in which it was received by the Buyer. Otherwise, the Buyer will not be entitled to any refund.
Once the returned product has been verified, if the conditions are met, the Seller will reimburse the Buyer for the shipping costs incurred for returning the product and will send him, without any additional costs, a new product or the product actually ordered as quickly as possible possible.
