Sale Conditions
Art. 1 – Object
These Conditions of Sale concern the purchase of products and/or services carried out remotely via an electronic network on the website www.agricolalidiaelia.com belonging to Azienda Agricola Lidia Elia, Via degli Enotri 1, 87011 Cassano all’Ionio (CS), VAT number 03371070784, certified email: lidiaelia@pec.it.
Each purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of the Legislative Decree of 22 May 1999 n. 185 and by Legislative Decree no. 196/03 “Personal data protection code”, which regulates the processing of personal data, including those held abroad, carried out by anyone resident or based in Italy.
Art. 2 – Acceptance of the general conditions of sale
By sending their purchase order electronically, the Customer declares to have read the conditions of sale, the proposed payment methods and the entire purchase procedure.
Art. 3 – Purchase methods and prices
Before confirming the purchase, the total cost of the order will be summarized to the Customer, and he will have the possibility to modify in whole or in part, or completely cancel this order. The prices of the products are clearly indicated on the site and include VAT. The price of the product includes shipping costs. In case the product is not available, you will be informed by email. Azienda Agricola Lidia Elia reserves the right to change the prices indicated on the website www.agricolalidiaelia.com without notice.
Art. 4 – Shipments and payments
The shipping methods are visible on the “Shipping” page. Shipments will be made from Monday to Wednesday to allow delivery within 48 hours, thus guaranteeing fresh and intact fruit. The products sold on the website www.agricolalidiaelia.com will be collected specifically for shipping only and exclusively on the Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday following the date of the order received; therefore if you place an order on Wednesday afternoon, the shipment will depart the following Monday.
Art. 5 – Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, our customers who can be defined as “consumers” by the decree itself have the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods. The withdrawal must be communicated by certified email and only after authorization for the return can the goods, intact and in their original packaging, be returned. Shipping costs are charged to the customer.
The deadline within which the refund is expected is within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Art. 7 – Current legislation and jurisdiction
These Conditions of Sale may be modified by Azienda Agricola Lidia Elia without notice and will be valid from the date of publication on the website www.agricolalidiaelia.com. It is understood that these Conditions of Sale are in any case subject to Italian legislation and all disputes will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court of Castrovillari.
