Our honey is produced by bringing bees to our citrus groves in the Sibari plain during the period between April and May. It is produced according to tradition and with full respect for bees and nature, all of which gives the honey a unique taste linked to our territory.

Wildflower Honey: Wildflower Honey is a pure expression of the harvesting area, capable of restoring odors and flavours. It is generally crystallized, with a color tending towards amber, which can vary from opaque white to golden with orange nuances, to bright yellow, up to a hazelnut color. The aroma is enveloping and its scent ranges from floral notes to hints of candied fruit. It has a sweet, fruity and floral flavor; on the palate its aromatic scale is extremely broad and varied. It is produced during spring and summer.
