Interdonato Lemon 1kg (box 9kg)

The interdonato lemon is medium-large in size and seedless. It ripens early from early autumn and continues until December. Due to its not very acidic flavour, it is an excellent lemon to be consumed alone with the peel, or to be enjoyed as a salad in thin slices with oil, vinegar and salt. In the kitchen, it lends itself to the most varied recipes in addition to the preparation of various types of drinks. A secret to squeezing the juice at its best is to cut the fruit vertically, following the natural direction of the segments.
