This spicy chilli sauce is ideal on cheeses, preferably soft ones such as crescenza, brie, taleggio, caciocavallo and ricotta. It is a real delight when accompanied with meat, boiled meat in particular.

Spicy chilli sauce is also excellent on bread, crostini, and even on pizza, perhaps with 4 cheeses!

Ingredients: peppers, sugar, hot chilli pepper (15%), red wine vinegar, gelling agent: pectin, salt, acidifier: citric acid.
